Commercial Excellence Consultant (w/m/d)

Within the Commercial Excellence division at B. Braun SE, we are looking for a Commercial Excellence Consultant (f/m/d) for the Melsungen and Tuttlingen sites as soon as possible.

The department bundles cross-divisional expertise in marketing & sales as well as commercial processes and is responsible in particular for the harmonization, standardization, optimization and digitalization of the processes and systems concerned. Within the division, the Commercial Excellence Consulting department comprises a team of employees who, as consultants and partners of country organizations and global functional areas, drive forward the digitalization, effectiveness and efficiency enhancement in marketing.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Independent implementation of projects to optimize global and local marketing & sales processes and organizational units
  • Planning, coordinating, implementing and measuring the success of measures and activities, including on-site, as part of the assigned programs and projects
  • Support and implementation of programs and activities of the division to achieve corporate goals, e.g. Marketing & Sales Profit Boost and NextGen
  • Independently advising regional and country organizations on the creation and implementation of global, regional and local ComEx roadmaps
  • Actively supporting the digital transformation through process optimization, harmonization and standardization in the Group as well as the introduction of such processes, methods and tools in the respective organizations
  • Coordination of selected global initiatives in marketing and sales, e.g. sales methodology, launch management, pricing, key account management, customer service
  • Independent further training to ensure an up-to-date level of knowledge in the area of activity. Analysis and adaptation of relevant current trends in Marketing & Sales

Professional competencies

  • University degree or comparable education (business administration, industrial engineering)
  • Several years of professional experience in M&S or business development and/or professional experience in management consulting
  • Relevant experience in project and change management
